During the New Client Consultation, we'll get to know you, your aesthetic, and what you desire from your Mason Sylvester Custom Shop Design. In addition to discussing the details of your first design, we'll walk you through the custom design process and address any concerns you may have along the way.

Cancellation Policy

It is very important that clients keep their scheduled appointment times. Canceled or Rescheduled appointments may result in an "Administrative Services Fee" added to your final invoice. If you MUST cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us NO LATER THAN 24 HOURS prior to your scheduled appointment time.
